Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan

Sir, my sister got divorced yesterday, she said her husband gave her three talaq but husband is saying he only gave two,so is this talaq valid.

Secondly she has two kids boy 10 years and daughter 6 years old, kindly tell me how can we get costudy of both kids,and get their maintenance (father of kids is unemployed

when a man says he said two talaqs then his word must be believed against any other other version.

for the second question you can file a suit for maintenance of minors.
