Sir, my sister lost her husband in an accident 7 y back, she left with a minor daughter. Now she is being harrased by her in-laws, they are not allowing her her lead a new life along with her daughter at her native. They denying to share any proportionate property in name of her daughter. They are in very remote village. What to do pjz advise

Madam the best thing your sister can do is firstly file a case for partition and seperate possession against the inlaws further it is not necessary that your sister must be present on each and every date of hearing so she can attend only at the time of evidence and the advocate engaged can look into the matter, so firstly file a suit for partition and separate possession in civil court.
