Legal Question in Family Law in India

Sir, I had sent my wife with her father to her home on 31.12.2017. She met with an accident in the month of march in which her hand got fractured. Now during the course of her treatment she got involved in some love affair with another boy. As I brought her back after her operation, I came to know about this affair & as I asked my wife she told me lie which I proved her as I was tracking her calls. She quarreled with me & I also got annoyed over this. After 15 days stay she once again returned back to her home & now she is not showing any interest to come back. What Should I do next? Kindly suggest. I live in India. During this course I have done everything that is required for her daily necessities. I sent her money for her expenses as per my capacity.
