Sir ,my wife filed a cases 498A, 3-DPA, 4-DPA ON 7 members and FIR registered in police station lastly I and my wife decided to settle on divorce for 1,75000 rupees ,I have to pay to her, but they are pressuring on immediate pay of money, before this I filed a divorce case on my wife , presently I have �t money what can I do now, my lawyer is supporting

you need to pay the money upon divorce only once the case is filed through mutual consent.
My friend Ill suggest that dont even think of giving the money outside the court. Once you both have agreed to have divorce through mutual consent let the divorce papers be prepared mentioning in the details and mode of payment along with a rider that your wife will also be withdrawing all the cases filed against you and your family, and only after that give the money to her before the Court only.
