Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan

Sir, My wife want KHULA after 9 years of marriage, I have 2 child (Male) one 7 years and 2nd 6 and half...unfortunately she trap and involve in some other person, and i have solid audio prove against her, but still dont want that my wife take this step of KHULLA because of these childs ,and no one from my wife side came to talk about that.she take all things from home even my car,my plot,my bike documents. if i take something from home only my childs its important that i am govt employee and my pay is 41000 and my wife pay is 17000....and now my wife goes her father mother home the education level not good and i live in wah cantt the highest reputation of schooling, also his family back ground is not good mean criminal please tell me can she take child from me, and what about property???

Court only see welfare of minor, if minor will up bring in good environment then court must give you the custody of both child to you. if you prove that they are not good and criminal .

You have a strong case as regard to custody if you can prove about the bad character of your wife. Go for the guardianship of your kids before she files any case against you for the custody of kids.

if your wife desire to take Khulla then in muslim family law of pakistan you have no right to stop but according to sharia she is not authorise to take khulla without your permission.

first you file case for conjugal rights.second custody of childern and third for all your belongings against wife.
