hello sir
i am 29 years old. i have got married november 2013. in july 2014 my wife left my home without any specific reason. after that she has been launches a false FIR at mahila police stataion in august 2014 under section ipc 498A, abortion (313), attempt to rape on my elder brother (354B), 323, 506 and 3/4 dp act against me and my family. i have no any cross FIR against wife. i have doctors papers and reports for ipc 313, reports are in my favour. i have photography and video of my marriage there was no any type of dowery shows in photo and video. please advice me what will happened in this case. and what is the role of investigation officer in such type cases? does investigation officer play important role ? advice me as soon as possible. tell me about crpc 319 also.
