Legal Question in Family Law in India

Sir,
In my DVC case (its running from 2009) first lower court judge given only 1000/- er month after again we appeal the amount is not sufficient. In the lower court we hv produced one person given proof as we have given 40 tulas gold and dowry and asked compensation of Rs.20 lacs and monthly 20k as maitenance and residential orders. My husband has told that he is working as a labour he has not taken any dowry etc.And also he is not having any property lower court hv given only 1000/- after that we appeald again in 2011 And our lawyer told that they have combined business with their brothers so look after and review the judgement finally last week they have given judment as partial compensation Rs. 10 k as maintenance from 2011 and 5 lacs compensation. And advised to lowercourt for procedings. After this if he go to highcourt what steps we hv to take. whether highcourt cancel this order or accept. the same i am very afraid about this plz. advise us sir its very difficult for me to spend money
