Legal Question in Family Law in India

sir/mam, i'm a divorcee with a boy child in the year 2008 and i got married in 2009 to a man with two children oi that one boy is a retarded one and a girl who now lives with her aunt with a settlement of 14 akhs and 640grams of gold jewel. now in 2013 i have given birth to a baby girl. recently i have purchased a land in my name and the thing i want to know is who all will be the legal heir of that property.

Your own daughter and your husband will be the legal heir of your property.

All four children will be your legal heirs of your property unless you execute a will.
