Legal Question in Family Law in India

I Smt.Soma Dutta from Kolkata have filed divorce case in District Judge Court. My husband appeared before the court on first date and after that he has not appeared before the court in spite of repeated reminder. Court has decided for XParty decree and given ordere for XParty decree on 03-04-2013. And as such I got XParty divorce and applied for the certified copy of the divorce before the court on 04-04-2013. But due to huge work load court has prepared the order on 08-07-2013 and hand over the same to me on the same day. However 90 days have been passed for challenging by my husband against the divorce decree before the court because the XParty decree has been ordered on 03-04-2013 by the court.

Now my question is that Can my husband challenge against the divorce decree before the court because some body is telling me that 90 days will be count from the date of certified copy of the decree not from the date of order of the decree.

Sceond question is that I have re-married because I know that 90 days have been passed from the date of order of decree. Have done wrong.

Mrs Dutta,

You cannot reverse the order of things already taken place. Stay cool and deal with the situation at appropriate time. There is nothing to worry at this point of time.
