Legal Question in Family Law in Nigeria

I had a son with a lady 11 years ago and custody has been with her parent i.e. my son's grandparents. I need to take custody of my son for proper care, What do I need to do please?

Custody of an 11 year old child can be granted to the father. You need to make an application to the court for custody.If the Court considers you fit enough to have custody then you will be granted. For further clarification or assistance feel free to contact me on [email protected]
