Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan

My spouse illegally got es party guardianship of my children by predenting that there was no guardianship case processing in another court while there is guardianship case going on in another court already. I got stay and file application for cancellation of that guardianship. Now 8 months and 16 dates pass but other party not giving any answer of my application. How i got court order. Guide me for that please.
