Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan

I am unemployed and my ex-wife file maintanence case for our two childrens and a family judge award interim maintanence unfairly of RS 10000 per children and 20000 on total. This was April 2018 order. I challenge it though writ petition but high court judge rejected based on interim order. Now 7 months passed I am paying this unfair interim maintanence to avoid ex party order but other party one way or other try to avoid case to process further. My question did after this munch time I am able to put an application to re-consider interim maintanence and is there any case law to put this application. Wait for your reply.
