Legal Question in Family Law in India
I am verbal adopted by my close relative (uncle). I have all certificates and documents with son of my verbal adopted parents. My blood father and adopted parents died. At present only my Mother who stay with my elder brother.
I live in Delhi while my brother in Village (Ballia, Utter padres ).
When I check the papers in Tahsil, My brother transferred all family property of my father in his name.
Please clarify me on following points.
1. Have any right to my family property, despite I have no proof/document.
2. My Mother still alive and naturally she is in favour of my elder brother.

1) No. Since u do not have legal adoption.
2) What is ur mothers right in property will decide.
3) Since u hv no right, even if she transfers to elder brother, its legally valid.
