first wife knows and agree for second marriage but will not give divorce is this safe for husband
1) can first wife file bigamy case against husband even after giving NOC
2) Can husband make one side divorce and force first wife to give divorce after giving NOC

( first wife health really bad and she is depressed husband does not live with wife )

A Hindu can't do remarriage living a spouse untile there wouldn't be valuable legal cause under the law, consequences of which you can't register your second marriage, if you would do such then it will be offence
