Legal Question in Family Law in India

My wife is not coming back to my home. This is because my parents asked her to wait for me without sleeping till 10.30PM until I come from office. During that time she was pregnant, she got angry and called her parents went back to her home. I tried to compromise her, but she is not listening. This happened almost 5 months back. Still she is not coming back and now stopped talking with me even in phone and when I went to her home. Please advise what I need to do?

please try to sort out the issue with the help of the elders. She probably needs her space and your parents want her to tow the line as per their instructions. Litigation is a painful and time consumeing affair which takes its toll financially too. please reassure her.If things still dont work you can file a petition for restitution of conjugal rights. for further query contact 9312411481

dear client if she is not ready come back after request also then send legal notice through lawyer and call her back. if she will not return even after legal notice file petition for restitution of conjugal rights under sec 9 of Hindu marriage act. for any legal help call me on 9422611385
