Legal Question in Family Law in India

My wife filed fake DV and Dowry harasment on me my parents.She demands to live with her in a separate house so she wil ask police to close the complaints. Also no help from my side to my parents. Parents both are senior citizens and I am their only son. If I bring her back after closing the complaint, can I file divorce and get AB anticipating her to open the above complaints again? Please advice.

yes you can do the same but in a better and planed way ....

so that she can not harm you or your parents
