My wife filed a false case against me u/s 307 498a of ipc , 3& 4 dp act and under dv act. i am a govt employee and also got suspended from job because of these false cases. i want to know that can i apply for govt job in other deptt. if case under the above section is going on.

1) When u r under suspension, unless the DA is complete, u cannot.
