My wife has left me when she is 3 months pregnant. During pregnancy she has left her job and 7 months after pregnancy she has again started her job. Now the kid is 8 months old what is the amount of maintenance i need to give to child if i file a RCR

If u file a petition for RCR, you need not pay any maintenance. You need to keep her with you if the case comes in your favour. If the wife files for maintenance, then u need to pay maintenance. Before filing the case, issue a legal notice for RCR.
