my wife asking me maintenance for her and my son whose age 4 years and share from my mothers property. whether my mothers name property is liable to pay share to my wife. It is not ancistors property

in case your mother earned it on her own, your wife cannot seek the share through her son but if the property was purchased by your father, it may be a joint property.
