Legal Question in Family Law in India

Me and my wife got married in Jun'07.We have a boy 5 yr old. She is a house wife and totally money minded. She has abused my mother and brother many times whenever they have visited us . Now she is torturing me that i will put whole family behind bar under dowry case. Because of her none of my family member is able to visit me and i am in tension how to deal this case. Many time i ask her parents to interfere but i do not think they will come forward and will interfere. They are guiding her daughter over phone only. my father is no more and my mother and elder brother has done lot of sacrifice to reach me at this level.hey have a great respect in my mind . I am in service and due to her behavior and typical money minded attitude i am not able to sleep well at night. So far i came to know that rules are against men in this country. Can u suggest few things if i can also file a case against her for blackmailing and creating lot of disturbance in the office hrs etc

You have to decide which type of relief do you want i.e. do you like to leave your wife or to file some suits against your wife or her parental home or you like to make yourself safe from her dowry case. The advice would be accordingly on chosen of your option.
