Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan
My wifi has taken khula talak through family court pakistan 2016 and my one infant daoughter is with my ex wife but now in decision court has ruled 5000 rs for child expenses for a month to untill her wedding. I am unemployed and fighting my appeal to additional court and i need some help by you regarding expanses that i can not pay. Kindly provide me few previous example cases that can help me to my appeal am unable to find example cases in records and i found information that i was never decided 5000rs in any family infant case. So please send me few refence number for cases which i can example to court in appeal.i can only pay under 2000rs so please help me. Thank you.
