We are Two Daugeters &2 sons of our mother and my dad married again after death of my mother they are also Daughters and two sons now while distribution of property my brothers say that first mother daughters do not have legal right on the inheritant property. Were as my step mother daughter and my real brothers are getting there share My Dad is no more Is there any law regarding same. kindly advice

the children of both the wives would have an equal share if the father did not leave a will in favour of anyone.
