Please if any body can confirm that
Filing a Case related to Immovable property worth more than 50 Lakah rupee (5 million) can be filed directly in the Punjab high court Pakistan.

Original jurisdiction is with civil judge.
Other courts are appellate fourms.

If its a partition, declaration, specific performance, administration, distribution or any other likewise suit then it cannot be filed in High Court.
