Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India

Dear Sir /Madam ,

We have a property which we got it through from our fore father.We don't have Mother document for the site but we have registered will( veelunama) and Municipal bills and power bills what we paid for the govt on my father name.we are planning to sell the property how can we apply for the mother documents.

Please let me know

From Where the primary, or genesis of the document have devolved in respect to such of the departments (Municipal Office, or Taluk Office, or Sub Registrar Office) get the true copy of it, and sell it.
