Legal Question in Civil Litigation in
the defendant deposited evidence by way of affidavit for him and on behalf of other one too and now the other one have come before the court depositing his evidence by way of afidavit onlt to fill up the lacuna.
can u suggest some citaion from supreme court of India for challenging this defendant. i am the plaintiff.

once the defendant appeared for evidence and the court allowed it, there is nothing that can be done unless i go through the entire case.
