We filed an application under oredr 18 rule 17 to lead addittional evidence but court ask me you are not mentioned in your plaint about this defence..?. What I do. our plaint doesnot disclose this defence..?.

If the material being adduced additionally in not pleaded in paint, you have to move an application under O6 R17 to amend the plaint.
