Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Nepal

My neigbour is running a press whose noise and other activites is disturbing me. Is there any law in nepal to stop running that press? if yes, please refer me the act number.

Dear Sir / Madam,

Always live and let live. You should politely request the neighbour to make his printing press room sound proof, else run his press during the daytime from 08.00 am to 08.00 pm.
