Hi..... I purchased a empty land 4yrs back, but when i checked now, i saw a mismatch, as all the documents have the same survey number with my plot number, but the sketch which was given to me shows me that my plot lies in next survey number, the sketch was prepared by the seller himself which do not have any government stampings......
what should i do now?

1) Ascertain the facts from the Registrar Office and find out where ur plot is.
2) Survey number may be the same but plot no cannot be.
3) If the details given by the seller to u are found to be false, file a police
complaint with the Police immediately without delay and also initiate civil action.
