salam sir.... mera sawal ye hai k ager aik property hai jo k 35 kanal hai jisay shamlat kaha jata aik village may us property ka owner rozgar k silsalay may bahir kam krta ho aur us ki biwi pichay say wo property aik jali stamp paper par ye likhay k may nay is shkhs say kuch paisay liay thay aur may isy is property ka intaqal dyti hn... kia ye possible hai ?mtlb kisi shks ko day skti hai?

aur us shks k khilaf kia krwai ho skti hai.... aur property ka status kia ho ga... who will be the real owner...?
