I am not satisfied by d way my lawyer is handling my case so wanted to change him. So when I asked him for a no objection letter n my case file he is not ready to do so. I have been given to understand by other people from the legal field that He has been unnecessarily dragging my case for d past 7yrs. This is a property dispute between me n my brother. Need advice as to how to obtain NOC from him. Thanks in advance.

1) First listen to his version for the delay as civil matters take about 10 years easily.
2) Settle his fee and then obtain NOC. If he is not responding, if u have evidence
against him, u may approach local Bar Council.
