Legal Question in Civil Litigation in

I want to sign a friend of mine a non-disclosure agreement for not disclosing any potentially information about me in the form of slander or libel. He has agreed also to sign the form. My question is there a non-disclosure agreement form for defamation? And what is it called?

Defamation is an offence in Bangladesh as well as a tort. Signing a non-disclosure agreement means your friend can't disclose certain 'information' stated in the agreement to any one, which may or may not be libelous. This is a contractual arrangement. If he says something libelous and slanderous, he will be doing an offence. If he discloses something in the agreement, whether or not it is libelous or slanderous he will be in breach of a contract.
