sir thanx for reply.my father did not make any will.i am little confuse my father's property belong to fateh nagar (tilak nagar new delhi).from where should i apply death certificate rajori garden mcd or janakpuri.before 2 months my younger sister who is living in fateh nagar new delhi got death certificate.can i not get duplicate copy of death certificate or make new death certificate.if i have not got both death certificate or registry so i will not filled any case to the court.sir there is no provision if i send notice from the court to my sister then she produce everything in the court.plz tell me

it is not difficult to get the papers. however, you may file the case even without them and for that you may consult a lawyer or law firm.
