Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
Sir I have suited a case For PARTITION , POSSESSION AND PERMANENT INJUCTION in Tis Hazari court New delhi.I Have attended first Hearing.My deffendent make a request to judge sahib to provide them free legal service.We are five siblings.Two brothers and Three Sisters.Both Brother are expired and their five and my younger sister Living in 150 Square Yards in Fateh nagar.My Younger Bhabi is getting handsome pension from defence and also Getting Widow Pension and his unmarried son is working in reputed company. As You know she will not get 2 Govt. Pension.My Elder Bhabi is getting Widow pension and his Unmarried son is working in reputed company.My younger sister is Getting M.I.S (Monthly income Scheme) and also getting daily wages from Temple for performing duty of pathi.Both of three is not able to get free legal service.How can i stop
them.What should i do.
