Hello Sir's/Madam's

My brother in law has filed a divorce case against my cousin sister, and has made false allegations, of physically beating him and mentally harassing him and extortion against me, my question is how can I file a case of Defamation against him.

With regard's to his ill treatment towards your cousin sister through false allegations made at the divorce petition, content's thus shall it cause her mental torcher, that you are at the liberty to file a Police Complaint U/s.498A domestic violence of the Indian Penal Code 1860, as amended (I.P.C - 1860), subsequently you can pray for counter claim through your defense reply to such an allegation made at divorce petition, Okay !
