Differences in age can be an issue for USCIS officers. However experienced lawyers can help you through the case so long as the marriage is valid in the State in which it is performed. Depending on your fiance's immigration history, he may need to depart and attempt to return after you're married and after the visa petition is approved. Whether or not he needs to do so and other issues can be resolved during a phone conference with experienced counsel. Give us a call and we'll see what we can do to help.
