sir i have an indian passport without surname..and i want to add surname on my paasport but all my documents including mark sheets,date of birth certificate,driving licence doen not contain a surname so what can i do

You can swowrn in an affidavit of your surname, get it notarised, and submit your application to the passport authorities.
