Legal Question in Immigration Law in Pakistan
i was in USA for F1 visa with university in texas, I exited the USA while on emergency and did not go back to university for the classes, and also I applied for the sevis transfer to new university but unfortunately I could not travel as I was out of the status for 5 months so I could not go back, today I applied for the B1 visa and immigration officer showed me the sevis violation and he refused me the visa. I need help in remving my sevis violation so that I can apply again
