USC gave birth to child abroad wants to bring her back to the US. She does not fill the physical presence requirements required to file for CRBA since she hasnt lived in US after 14 years. Cannot file immigration according to INA322. What is the fastest way to bring the child to US?. Also she sponsored her husband for immigrant visa and his visa is going to expire soon and they both want to move together to US along with their child
