Legal Question in Insurance Law in

Dear sir,
We have claim of irrecoverable expenses of Rs.1.40 crores as per the details in Policy. It is a non life insurance. Almost ten months are over and a surveyor demands information and documents in piecemeal. After submission of documents more than five times and two times personal meeting with him he is not submitting his report to insurnce company. Insurance co. will not do anything unless and until he submits his reports. Kindly guide us for further action.

you can approach the consumer court against the surveyor and insurance company.
