Legal Question in Intellectual Property in India
We are three brothers and due to illness our father got died and now after checking all the banking details we are getting only one son nominations hence we are not getting anything so please advice on this. What we can do in this case?

Nothing can be done to claim any share in the bank balance of your late father since he has already nominated his successor thereto. The bank will have to adhere to your late father's instructions.
