Legal Question in Intellectual Property in India

One of my colleague has printed some Marksheet of a Govt. College & he has done job on behalf of fake diploma in a big company for 3-4 years on a good position. Is it illegal ? if yes, then what is the best way to get him punished ?? In addition, he gave the fake diploma to his brother also & he is doing job at a good position. So please guide me, how i should go to lodge a FIR ??

Dear Sir / Madam,

Although I've already replied to you previously, I am again repeating what I advised you earlier. If it was a degree certificate and if it was fake, one could understand the implications, But a diploma certificate as it is, carries very little weightage to secure a job. If you have lost a job due to the alleged misdeeds of your colleague, (I deliberately say alleged since you need firm and solid evidence that your friend has really forged a fake diploma certificate), it is worthwhile complaining and ensuring that your colleague is punished. Otherwise, I do not see any point in your unnecessarily raising any issue, since it does not concern you in any way whatsoever. You should leave it to your colleague to fend for himself and not bother about it.
