hi if a father die without making any will, then all the properties goes to mother and all the childern or only to the mother (wife). and if she wants then only all the properties are divided among the childern. if she doesnt want to do it till she die. then what...childern cannot force her to do this.

if father died intestate i.e. without leaving a will, the properties can be divided equally among mother and children.

Dear Sir / Madam,

If the father dies without a Will, the property goes to the person nominated by him. If the mother has been nominated in a house, the title of the house will be transferred in the name of the mother as the absolute owner. The mother then has the right to deal with the property in the manner she best deems fit.
