What are the substantive rights of an individual under breach by force majeur?

Little rights, when a verdict is issued rendering a contract impossible to execute due unforeseen circumstances at the time of signature.. Given its exceptional nature & dangerous effects, this should only be done in a court of law to ensure that either one of the parties is not using it as an excuse to flee its obligations..Once that is established, all you are left with is what is legally called a "Gentleman's Agreement" that is basically, the will of both parties to commit themselves to whatever possible that would minimize the damage for both.
