Legal Question in Juvenile Dependency in India

my cases is procecuted in district court my question is when accused was arrested at that night accused parent came to my home and his wife too.his parent said to me to withdraw this case but iwas not agree so i said i will never withdraw this case accused brother said to me ir my family" koi baat nhi hum apne tarike se case dekh lenge" ,next day his lawyer mention proper section but not mention POCSO ACT8/12 that is the main section in my case . now the accused get bail i m felling tooooo bad now iam belong to very,poor family .yeh sab re planning se hi hua hai jesa accused ka bhai kaha ke gaya vessa hi hua court mmai my queztion is that can i claim his (accused)advocate or released application gainst his lawyer my case is for sexual harrsment nd stalking
