Dear Sir / Madam,

You must be going late to Office.not on time... more than 3 late marks is considered as one day absent.

So first check whether you are going on time to Office. In case you are not following the stipulated Office timing, there is no question of defamation by the employer, since they are legally entitled to this deduction. In case there is an uniform for staff, and you are not dressed in the formal attire, you can also be marked absent for not following the Company's attire and dress code. Other than these two reasons, if the employer is still treating you as absent despite you attending office on time, you are entitled to full wages or salary plus adequate compensation towards defamation.

Regards,
