Legal Question in Employment Law in India

around 200 people were recruited for the PSU in 2011 at the payscale of 16400, out of these ppl some have come from central govt. where they were getting a higher scale(as their pay scale consisted of grade pay which is not considered in our current organisation). now those ppl have discussed with the management and quoting pay protection their basic is increased to 26000. but other people still have the basic as 16400, is there any law in which we can reduce this pay disparity and talk to the management for increase in our salary?
