Legal Question in Employment Law in India

Hello!! I am Amit and want to know lb-our law in case I am not receive salary from ORG. Actually I am working in Marketing area. 1 month back I join security firm dated 12/08/13 as a part time. As per my Boss shortly they finish all paper formalities and I have to star work , they provide me only my visiting card and I start work as a part time employee . As I join part time employee so there is no need to join office regular but I sent my working report routine and weekly basis. But in the starting of the month I get call from my boss that he want to meet me. During the meeting my boss offer me that I have to Join office full time either contract basis. We I denial bcoz I already working with one of hospital . Now problem came they are not ready to given my salary of last month, bcoz I don't have any written document from that firm so I can't any legal action against them.

I sent all working report through out my email addresss and sms through my mobile. Kindly suggest me what can I do know and how?

Dear Amit,

It is very good on your part to have maintained the working report (Time Sheets) of your weekly attendance record which will serve as evidence that you have worked for the Company. And the visiting card further confirms your part time appointment in the organization. You should politely email your boss with a copy to the Company HR Head to immediately settle all your salary dues within 7 days, failing which you should lodge an FIR in the local Police station against the Company HR. Re-post query if there is no Police action within 3 days of your filing the FIR.
