Can a company sell their assets and liabilities when it's also a party in the Labour court in jamshedpur dispute with Labour's.

Dear Sir / Madam,
If the dispute in the Labour court does not have to do with arrears of wages or any payments owed and due to the labourers by the Company, the Company is free to sell their assets to a third party.
