Legal Question in Employment Law in India
Dear All,
I got releaved from my previous company on Dec 2013. they kept two month salary and performance incentive which was mentioned in payslip and also deducted tax on performance incentive.My previous company not releasing form 16 for Financial year 2012-13 . as per FNF discussion, they have told me that they will release salary of November month in December payroll and December salary and performance incentive will be paid as FNF. but still they have not released my November salary and form 16. I have sent so many mails but they are not replying. how can i take further step against company legally
Please suggest
