Legal Question in Employment Law in India
Dear All, I got hired from one of the company saying contract to hire , on month of march 2013 , within a month they asked me to go out of the company , without giving any reason (felt like humiliated), Also they paid the salary very late .. Now I am not getting any job due to the previous companies untrust and draconian behaviour , as could not justify why I have to come in a month , don't know what to do , I seeking financial compensation for the things . please suggest

Dear Sir / Madam,
You should take a service certificate from the Company and request the Company HR officials to refer you to any of their colleagues in other Companies which require and are looking for a suitable candidate matching your qualification, experience and expertise. Since the Company has paid you for the contractual engagement, further legal route is not recommended.
